Trade-24 com trouble to withdraw money

I have a complaint against Trade24. They told me to deposit 223 euro to start a business with them and then take a sign for me for my deposition of 223 euro on 05th June 2017 . But after 2 days when I have contacted with my Gold card department, they told me that Trade24 has deducted money 3 times from my account and which was not made by me. I am in really trouble in this situation.I have tried to contact them but they are not responding.

Please help me in this situation how to get back the money. They told me that they will send me back 180 euro but its still have not reached to my account. Please help me regarding this situation.
