Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Hum, one more foolproof trap, when you signed up had you been properly informed about those clauses vii. Viii.

https://www.fca.org.uk/news/statements/cryptocurrency-derivatives

“Cryptocurrency derivatives are, however, capable of being financial instruments under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MIFID II)”

Also quite some time these cfd’s are regulated on UK side, allowing FOS as compensation scheme

I’m not sure if I understand what you’re saying. But does this also count for CySEC and brokers located in Cyprus?

No, and according some last Cy circular 268 may 2018, it’s still not regulated by Cysec however its brokers according “The Law” must inform, warn their clients as mentioned, if you see some failures report it directly to Cysec…..7.7k that’s a bad joke !

vii. trading in such products does not entitle the investors to any protection under the Investors Compensation Fund
viii. they have no rights to report to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman in case of a dispute with the firm

these are probably the more important warnings the broker was to notify you, seems nobody knew ?

They changed their terms and conditions in Q4 of 2017. So at first they failed to inform their clients. Later, but that was already when all this **** happened.. they changed it. Looks like they learned their lesson the hard way.. lost a lot of money.. then changed their terms and conditions so they could figure out a way to reduce their losses.

What do you mean with their annual account returns? And I've read some things on the website you posted.. is it really possible to file bankruptcy?? Because I know more people who didn't get their profits at Trade.com!

is it really possible to file bankruptcy??

YES

Their yearly financial accounts statements could show if they got some money left….

just some indication

if ever they targeted the wrong country’s selling non regulated product’s, it will backfire as well, all it need’s are a couple of complaints to those country’s regulators, police…hum

“ 11. CIFs are not permitted to exercise passporting rights afforded by the Law when offering such services in European Union or third countries. CIFs and their board of directors are personally responsible to assess the individual country status ……”

Wauw this is a lot of information. Thanks. I filed a complaint at CySEC and the Financial Ombudsman of the Republic of Cyprus, but this week I also filed a complaint at the FOS in the UK since Lead Capital Markets is regulated by the EEA. It looks like they put you in a corner with some bull**** accusing just so they can get away with the losses they actually made on an asset.
