trade12 cheated me

i was referred to trade12 by my friend now they are not processing my withdrawal not just that they changed the order prices after few hours. and also they traded my account without my permission not just that the order traded are at place where market didnt trade at all and didnt quote anywhere not even in there software. but still trades happen at prices where market didnt reach. i have all the records i need help to file case against them. i have already brought the issue to actionfraud and filing case with cyber crime as it is criminal issue to change the order prices after confirmation and trading the acocunt without permission even after i changed my mt4 password.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.

thank you for your guidance. the company informed me i need to wait till monday they responded today coz i started informing everyone about the issue. if i still dont get any response i mean withdrawal by monday. i will do as you instructed. i will also send legal notice to them if they dont pay me.

no sir now they blame everything on me. saying i gave the content to trade which i never did. i asked to show proof for it. and they are still asking for more time. but they are not calling me nor informing me why it happened.

skrill asked the company to refund the deposit and i accepted it. and now trade12 is not processing it even after they accepted and i accepted for refund.

i would like to take legal action against the company. please guide me as what i need to do next. to file legal serious complaint against the company.

tomorrow i am filing cyber crime police case against the company as trai in india asked for court orders to block the site from opening in india.

Talked with Skrill again and tell them to contact the company and immediate proceed chargeback.
