Trade12 isn't trustfull

My metrade number is 106.521.9631.

I have been a Trade12 customer since August 2016, in fact, I and 9 other colleagues have invested in Trade12 through friend's indication.

I don't know how Trade12 usually works with their customers, in fact, my broker went on vacation and later I knew that he was fired (Bruno Ferraz). I'm terrified because the openned operation he left behind.

My friend, didn't have a broker for weeks and when one have been encharged, he (Eduardo Viana) said that it's impossible to do miracles.

Also, I'm in great trouble, I didn't expect to pay for insurance bills so high because of the guidance mistaken of yours brokers.

A lot has happened and I'm getting sick because of this situation. I did my planning to receive a withdrawal every month but this didn't happen and now, my accounts are extremely behind with high interest rates (7,91%).

Since December, the last broker hasn't allowed me to withdraw money that we had made a profit. But these problems happened and the latest operations hampered my account since then, I couldn't withdraw because with the new broker. I understand, the broker needs to make more profit so it doesn't affect his stats and increase my margin so it doesn't close my account. There's a lot of operation ...I have no credits anymore.

This broker (Rodrigo Ferreira) said he could help with withdrawals every month, but it's hard to believe because of the last events. I believed in Trade12 and they didn't comply, please, I would like this to be more formalized because now I'm afraid that in future Trade12 won't comply again with the word and other things and we (me and my friends) get more harmed.

We had to make loans to help keep this account, now we need to have monthly withdrawals to pay these debts. I beg for help, we have to pay ours bills and debts.

I invested everything I have in Trade12, invested my life in Trade12 and I need her to believe me when I say I need to pay my bills. I'm really concern about it. I never did in my life a debt, it's my first time and I really don't like it because of interest rates.

I have always obeyed the broker, but I think your statistics and profit targets are so high that it makes it difficult for the broker and us (customers) to maintain a healthy relationship when it comes to making withdrawals of our money. Brokers are concerned about their statistics and forget that on the other side there is a customer needing to pay their bills. The goals of your brokers influence us as well.

My friend helped to pay $ 5,000 to keep Ednilson's account that it was also in trouble and Carolina Medeiros, Eduardo Viana and Rodrigo Ferreira know this.

As Isabel, I helped and to paid $ 20,000 insurance on Eliandro's account but he ended up losing his account. I really don't know exactly what happened, if the broker couldn't do the maneuvers as it should but my help was in vain and also, I lost too.

I want Trade12 to know that I invested my life in it and I made debts to maintain the problems that the last broker caused, because I believe that a good broker, cautious, disciplined and with good planning make this relationship be honored.

Now, I'm very desperate because I rewrite over and over and I didn't have an objective answer. I know that my account is in dangerous and blocked because the Brent (Carolina nows what happened, I believed on her, but she didn't explain with her words what happened. The broker said that she is really busy). Maybe I'm been selfish but actually, I'm really worried with a lot of bills to pay. I'm begging now for help. I need to pay my bills every month.

I asked to change the broker to Luciano Martins, but the problem is the same, they don't allow withdrawal.

Colleagues investors, very careful when choosing a trade and even so companies can change the rules when you least expect them, has brokers who manipulate a platform without means of operations, spreads floating rates that vary by more than 300 pips, and that break any, make sure that it serves to increase your losses, not to mention a difficulty to withdrawls your money as Trade12. Research as much as possible, do not believe in analyst talk, look for customer complaints that have already lost, stay tuned, don’t get excited.

I would like to suggest a customer channel, a place to support us, where we can describe the communication difficulties we have with the company Trade12, an evaluation of the company and the broker responsible for our precious accounts. I believe that could help the company to improve more and more.
I've never had an satisfaction from "support@trade12.com", I think that doesn't works.

Trade12 don't honor your words.

The name of EXO Management LLC (if this account is used for the amount), signature of the person in charge of Exo Capital Markets and also signature and stamp of the Financial Sector of Trade12.

EXO Management LLC is the name of the beneficiary account in the United States. The company is owned and operated by Global Fin Services Limited, which does not work "only" with TRADE 12 or only with EXO CAPITAL MARKETS, in the end they are all the same.

I did, I´m waiting the bank´s answer.

I tried all the media, support, compliance, but no one answered. This last weekend I put my complaint on facebook and twitter. To my surprise they came in contact but said Trade12 can sue me for defamation. I do not know what to do, I'm scared. What should I do if the negotiations are not favorable?

If you are right at your place then why you are scared?
It's good that you got a reply from their end and ask them to reply this thread.

I had 3 transactions overdue from BRNT-FEV17 on my platform and for just ONE OPERATION, Trade12 charged $ 50,000 dollars !!!
Since I have 2 more trades due, TRADE12 is charging $ 100,000 dollars !!! $ 50,000 each OVER THE OIL operation and they say they're helping you.
Luciano Martins did not hit an OPERATION more than a fortnight ago with TAL planning that he claimed to have lost 10,000 dollars in the Alcoa. And he even called me OLD on the phone !!! Very rude. I reported this does not support but NO ANSWER! And that of Carolina Medeiros does not fulfill a word either.
YOU, INVESTOR HAVE $ 150,000 dollars to invest in TRADE12, if the brokers of this company is a misconception and erem an operation to market an instability or changed the scenario? !!? (Or will know if it's vdd) This is just a case.
GOOD LUCK! WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH A TRADE12.
