I have $10k in my wallet and around 900usd in my mt4 account .i have been trading with this broker since 24-02-2021.

My first withdrawal requested date on 23-03-2021 they rejected and asked me to provide documents. which i have already provied and that Approved

Again i requested on 25-03-2021 that rejected and got email from company to request withdraw on Skrill instead of Bankwire.

Again I requested withdrawal on 26-03-2021 , 29-03-2021 then 01-04-2021

All rejected without any carouse.


I talked on Support they replied

Good Day

Your account is verified and Approved.

Please note to contact our fica department to verify and approve your SKRILL account details.

Regards.


Now After few days later ,when i talked on Support , they told me due to some technical issues International Bank Wire not working and it will resolve soon also said to me for continue trade until resolve this issue.

My account Balance reached around $40k with my HIGH RISK reward lot.

Today i got another email :

Dear Client

Please note that your profile has been deactivated & your trading account(s) disabled - It has been flagged for forms of deceitful or fraudulent trading activities that are in violation your terms of use. Pending the outcome of the investigation the company will reserve the right to suspend, close or unwind any transactions which has resulted from any abuse of trading strategies.

Our fraud investigation team has requested that you forward a proof of address to verify your registered location information as this is a required for our legal authorities to start investigations – Please forward the necessary documentation urgently and we will advise if we require any further information.

Thanking you.

Now when i try to login my Back-Office it's getting me error "Username and/or Password are incorrect. Please try again"



Once again asking me to provide Proof of address . while my account was fully Approved .

There is no EA trading or SCALPING .

I am waiting for resolve this issue and Process my full amount to my Verified Approved Bank account .

No response yet ..my account still showing disabled ... IF i receive any response or they process my funds $53117 via Bank wire. i will update.
