Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Been with Tradersway for a few years but took a break from trading after blowing out one too many accounts. Now after returning to try once again I notice that the old options of using debit and credit cards are no longer available to use to fund my account. I only see third party services and after looking up reviews on these third party services such as upay, perfect money, fasapay, etc they don't seem very safe or credible. I'd like to just use a wire transfer from my bank but minimum amount, ($5,000) is far more than I have to trade with.

So, I'm wondering if they are any other traders who use Tradersway and which option you use to fund your accounts. I'd like to know which is considered the safest and cheapest option for funding. Also when it comes time to withdraw profits will I have to stick with the third party option I funded with or would i be able to directly wire transfer to my bank account?

Here is the link of TradersWay Representative, go ahead and invite him to this thread to explain the situation.

Hello, we do not know your country of residence, but we impose minimums on bank wires because we pay large fees for receiving, which we do not pass on to our clients. You can deposit using the Vload option on our website which allows you to deposit by Credit/Debit Card. The minimum is $10. If you use that method, currently you can withdraw using other options as we have no way to send funds back using the same option. Otherwise, we ask you to withdraw back at least the same amount you deposited using the method you used to make the deposit. From there, you can withdraw profits using any method you choose.

Please see the funding options on our website for fees and details and explore the option you choose before using it to see what other fees or restrictions may exist on your side depending on your country, your bank's policies, etc.

Hello, I made my deposit via Neteller. And I was successful. Of course there are charges but I made it, unfortunately because I didn't reach the withdrawal point. I believe I saw that option.

I would avoid doing business with these guys. You will never know if your price you think you are trading at they will honor. They will let you roll on until you go to withdraw profits as they know most want ever get to that point but in case you do just know you have been warned. They have terrible customer service response time and beyond talking to someone who knows nothing and can help you you will never talk to a true financial employee at traders way only the general held desk and I am almost certain they are the same ones that will answer any email you send to any of their supposed client reps to aid with issues. I have evidence to show you how they removed all my profitable trades from my account history after I request to withdraw not only my initial deposit but my profits and well. As you hopefully are aware when trading you will have losing trades and sometimes that is actually intentional to reduce exposure or create exposure in certain ways to minimize risk and maximize return over the long term. These guys are not a true ECN despite what they may say on there website. I am fairly certain at this point having been with them for four years that they are really nothing more than fraudulent crooks out of the Caribbean living the beach life with peoples deposits and never pay out anyone who actually can make profits trading consistently! I will end with this...If you deposit money with guys consider it purely a fee to be entertained because you would be better off going to the casino feeding the slot machine only to have the casino tell you after you hit the jackpot that the machine was faulty so they want pay you even though it has been working fine the whole time you losing or continuing to play along and not ask for a cash out!

thanks for the heads up. Not aure why you have to jump through hoops to deposit via card and not sure why it costs fees to deposit. Brokers like this need to get with it, fast free payments and withdrawals are a must now

I'm using bitcoin these days for my deposits and withdrawals....
Say no to anybody charging fees for deposits or withdrawals of your own money, it's criminal
