traderxp withadrw issues

traderxp not processing my withadrw request,i made deposit of 350 usd and made some profits,and tried to withadraw some profits,when i contcta them in live chat they told me they will prcess withadrw in 5-10 days,their billing supposrt contcted me and taken my required documents,it was almost 2 weeks now,no replys from them after taking documents,i tried to contatc them n phone no phone number is working all are always busy,tried live chat they told me canceling withadrw becasue of some problem,and make new request,and will process in 5-10 days,now i have serached in forex peace army there are lot o scam issues of traderxp,please some one help e to get my money back,now i wnat to take out all my money form traderxp,looks like they are going to scam me

My Question is why wont you investigated about this company before investing ??
