My account is currently being drained and with multiple requests to stop trading they continue to do so with even more trades. It all started when I made my first withdrawal request. What can I do to stop this and recover my investment. Account went from over $20K to $6500. No reeturn e-mails, no phone calls.

Then don't waste time and please contact your bank or credit card issuer and request a chargeback.

Whatever you do, whatever they promise, don't sign anything TradesCapital sends you and don't deposit another cent with them.
