I use Thunderbird for my emails and you can install an add-on called Foxy Clocks which can be set to show local times of all the world markets. Don't need to convert times to your local time then
Just when I thought I had it straightened out, the US and Canada changed their Daylight Savings Time shift so that it didn't correlate with other countries that observe it. I finally gave up and just IM someone in London, Tokyo, or Sydney to check their local time.
