hello,

I closed my account and we had a telephone conversation for authentication.
I dont know why Tradorax didnt allow emails for authentication.
Tradorax has not returned my money although it has been 3 weeks.
my credit card company wants evidence Tradorax agreed to return me my money in order to file a charge dispute or a chargeback. but Tradorax has not responded to any of my emails.

i did have a live chat with them but i did not email the chat history to myself.
any way to help or is it 'gone case'?

my credit card company says it has been more than 2 mths, so i have to file a police report instead

I have written to them but I didn't mention CySec and CFTC. How do I report a case to CFTC?
