I don't know what to say but right now I'm afraid of being scammed. I thought I will receive online materials but instead I have to wait 2-3 week for the physical product at my doorstep. I email support but my email just bounced.

They are giving me 45 days money back guarantee but from the looks of it, 2-3 week for shipping, the only time I have to test out the product is more or less about 4 weeks.

Damn my finger for clicking that order button.

VoX; the money back guarantee was unconditional. Why not just cancel your order now if you are suffering from buyer regret? I'm sure we'd all like to know if the guarantee is honored as advertised.

Accusing them of being scammers on a public forum is a bit aggressive; they did make the shipping times clear before you committed to order.

By the way, I'm still hoping i can get online materials instead of waiting for shipping. I found this and I think they do have online materials.

I think he has a typo in the confirmation email. I got a bounce the first time I tried as well but I double checked the member support section and found the correct address is support at fximpact.com not foreximpact.com. I am also wondering whether opting-in was a mistake seeing that all of their web domains and information are in complete disarray. Also it has been more than 48 hours without a response to my email which is extremely bad especially when they know new customers are coming in with questions. I'm not too concerned if their intentions turn out to not be on the up-and-up after all, since if they refuse to honor their satisfaction guarantee then I will recover the payment by reporting the experience to my credit card company who can initiate a charge-back and change my account number. If an internet merchant ignores communication and does not reply to customers then the cc companies are required by law to interpret this as an act in ill-faith and take steps to protect their customer.

I just got a reply from them after i email them to the correct email address I found myself. Theres no online materials for me to jump into while waiting for the physical product.

Still confused about their money back guarantee tho. If i want to cancel it, do i need to ship back the physical product to them? it would takes 2-3 weeks. lets do the math

money back guarantee = 6 weeks (45 days)
international shipment = 2 to 3 weeks
Cancelation and ship back = 2 to 3 weeks
time to test their product = 0 or 2 weeks max

if no need to ship back the materials, then it's ok.

Concerns

I am a UK customer and have just purchased the Triad formula - What concerns me is the fine print which says that you have to test the product within 6 week period & return it - Now I'm not even likely to receive this for 3 weeks - and then to try it and send it back will be tricky to say the least. i hope this isn't a scam. I have asked for an answer to this and will keep everyone informed....

Why not an EA?

If the system is so so good, why only make an indicator and not an EA?
I wouldn't want to wait for the indicators to appear.
Can anyone share more details about this product?

Ok guys I have had a reply from the support team and they claim the guarantee starts from the day you receive the product and not from the online purchase date - hope this helps.
