You are right - I made a copy of the terms. But terms are not in dispute now, but the fact that they do not respond to any email.
I discovered a name of one working at this broker: Dalmo Forli - email dfoliex@gmail.com !
I will make a complain to this person to BARCLAYS BANK PLC,because this person made a payment in the name of TRUE8FX and to the U.S police as well(or F.B.I), for fraud ! I have the prove !

If they are using a US bank, then that gives US regulators a reason to step in. Don't just file with IC3.gov. Also, send complaints to SEC.gov, www.CFTC.gov and to the NFA.
