You made some mistakes, but there's at least some chance of recovery.

1. Always look up a broker before opening an account. UBinary appears to be from the same people who are behind UFX Markets. UFX already has an FPA Scam Finding.

2. The moment any issue happens with any broker, cease all trading activity immediately.

You need to do some things now.

1. Gather all your evidence.

2. File a report with www.econsumer.gov

3. File a complaint with whatever government agency in your country handles online financial fraud complaints. In the USA, it's IC3. In the UK, it's ActionFraud. If you are somewhere else, ask your bank and police for suggestins and post any answers you get here.

4. Contact your credit card's issuing bank. Explain how you tried and failed to deposit £50 and that the £151 was not authorized.

Hi,
Can anyone help to lodge against the UFX? I open an account with them at $10k USD but was kept pestering to top up more money into their account. When the account reach 50k USD. I continue my trade with them. However the market was against me and low equity message prompted. I did the top up again. Then all of a sudden my account was closed and left close to zero. I did the same trade on Plus 500 though I got margin call but my account remain open. How can a company operate in such a way that they did not inform the customer and close my account? The advise given by the account manager was not accurate. He told me to hold on to the trade and I would make profit. Then he did not inform me when the market was going to work against me. I need this money badly for my family and he say you can cry till the cow comes home. Very irresponsible finance adviser.

Dear All
I am one silly amateur trader who happen to open an account with UFX and they are SCAM big SCAM. They persuaded me and I opened with $ 1000 and pushed me all this time to deposit more and asked me to play without stops. I was ultimately stuck with big losses and in order to save my account deposit more. Any how now I am not getting any answers on my emails I am with a HUGE loss and all my money already with them. I have in my account around $ 48000 but equity only $ 3000. Never received any quality advice their account managers don't contact you.Extremely poor service just interested in taking the money. The way they have badly scammed me it will take me probably 1 year to recover my Losses. Please guys I beg of you dont trust them and dont go ahead for opening and account with them. Kindly suggest me if I can somehow recover my money if someone specialist could help me out of this because my account is not closed yet.
