I just googled UFX licensed and found this

In the live chat, you can ask them softly that you want to open an account but don't know they are regulated or not after this message I`m sure you will get a proper answer.

They claim they are regulated by Cypress and the FCA. Maybe reliant co. investments are regulated by cysec, which technically is not UFX. I've heard of countless cases where victims complain to cysec, and cysec comes back with the standard reply of we can't help because UFX is regulated elsewhere.

Also, no WAY is UFX regulated by the FCA. After I asked about it, they almost didn't reply, and I had to nudge them to get them to lie about it further.

Also, this response differs from what is posted on their website under regulation, even if they are regulated there is something very fishy going on about it, and I would as well deem them still, "NOT REGULATED."

You did the great thing by asking them politely but you missed one more thing here, after getting the confirmation you must ask them "May I have the link please where I can see the details about the regulations?"

If ufx they claim regulated by UK FCA. Shame on them.
I am on the phone with FCA everyday.
My house is right next to the FCA office.
My friends are working at FCA.
Totally against the law if UFX or Relaintco ever claim that they are regulated by UK FCA.
Actually, UFX cannot say they are register at FCA because they are NOT!
Though Reliantco Investments Ltd is register at Financial Services Register but this NOT means they regulated by FCA. No and No and certainly NOT regulated by FCA.
