from what i see all your losses came from lack of experience with some of misleading from your manager account
90% of the beginners in forex business unfortunately do the same mistakes by opening as many positions as you do to cover their losses
and just then where they fell tn the forex trap .hope your lawyer can do any thing about that

I have to say that now that time has come to close my account I am having a very similar problem.

I had closed all my trades, had requested help closing my accounyt and withdrawing the funds.

At this point they rang me and urged me to take a news trade with them as they wanted to help me with my draw down that I had already suffered.

I asked the what the maximun amount of loss I could suffer If I took this trade with them. They assured me in the trading room (where it is recoreded) that the loss would be no more than $210 but the potential profit was $3000. They were going to hedge a news trade with a very close Stop loss either side and make profit form the spike after news announcement. Instead they left 1 trade open with no Stop Loss and never rang me back after the prvious 4 or 5 phone calls as the night went on.

Not only that they have pressured me to use a credit card while I was saying no no dont do it, and put through about 4 transactions on my credit card without my permission.

Further more to that I had a winning trade once that I couldn't close, I got through to chat and was told my mentor would ring me back, but it took 48 hrs for him to call me! By the time he called the trade had gone negative and hit th sl.

They never issued me a refund say I should have closed the trade myself manually.

Looking forward to making a compliant as soon as I talk to the guy that was handling the trades from me on Friday night. I suspect they will not be helpful and I don't even know If I will be able to withdraw the tiny amount of money left in my account due to this dispute.

Yet another UFX Kiss of Death trade. How much money did this cost your account?

Not only that they have pressured me to use a credit card while I was saying no no dont do it, and put through about 4 transactions on my credit card without my permission.

Call your issuing bank immediately. Ask to speak to the fraud department. Explain what happened to them and see what can be done.

$4785 was how much they let this particular trade run. I was told I would only be risking $210. Although as the night went on the trade idea certainly changed and I was told by Oliver that he would handle this trade for me, he was a specialist on the Dow Jones. He said the trade idea was very safe and that potentially I could make $3000. As the night went on things went from bad to worse. I have asked to speak to Oliver but apparently he is on sick leave now.

UFXBANK/UFXMARKETS is huge scam, guys stay away from unregulated brokers. two years ago, I had a forex portal in Arabic, many users reviewed ufxbank as a Scam broker, then ufxbank stuff contacted me and offered me to remove the bad reviews for some money, when I refused, they told me that they are going to hack my site..
stay away from thus bad guys, they are targeting just the middle east clients to rub their money, most of their stuff speaks Arabic.

Did they make that threat about hacking your site in writing? If so, please post it here for all to see.

I happened to come across UFX with it's nice advertisement in Gold Investment and register an account with them. The registration is really simple as they simply ask for the user name and password only. Right after the registration, the activation mail had been sent and follow by account approval email. Then, within 5 min, I received a call from UK tells me about the 30% funding bonus and benefits to trade with UFX.

I told the person that I have no intention to fund my account as I found that the spread is too huge! Immediately, they say they can do something about it and the guy pass the phone to their "Fund Manager", called Nick. The very first question ask is that "How much you intend to start with? I can do something about the spread." I was puzzle... I ask "you can set different spread for different investor?". Answer: "yes, but you need to let me know how much you want to fund your account.".. wow! If I'm a newbie, I would have overjoyed and fund a huge amount into the account so that I can enjoy "SVIP" privilege with low spread.

This is a bit scary. end up I do not fund any single cent with them because they do not sound convincing. The do not even ask me for any legal document, address verification... etc etc. How can they be sure that "I" am the one who fund "my" account and how can I be sure that they will allow "me" to withdraw "my" fund later.

WJune,
Good move on not funding something when it just didn't seem right. Before placing money with a company, checking them out carefully is a good idea, but people can save a lot of time by just saying "No!" instantly if anything seems suspicious.

Withdrawal issue

I had a similar experience with UFX and I managed to get back my money after about a month of frustration . I infact had to engage a greek lawyer to pursue the case, something I recommended to any trader that is experiencing his funds being taken hostage. But they held back my profit. Its really sad that one has to go through all that just to withdraw your own money. I really hope they have learnt something from all the bad publicity their way of doing business is generating

I have the same problem, trying to contact them for the withdrawal but no response. Can you help me in this issue. At least want my deposit money Which is $500, don't care about the damn profit. Kindly help me really worried and frustrated.
