Screen Shot 2012-03-17 at 9.08.33 PM. I started investing in the UFX broker a while back with simply a demo account. After many calls from their dealers about depositing real money, I finally transferred $500. The days went by and after a couple profits and one loss, which resulted in my net balance of $474.50. After sometime has passed by, I've decided to withdraw $400 from my account because I really needed the money. As soon as I requested my withdrawal, that is when it all began.

First there was the ongoing continuous request of information and ID proof, which they already had. Then the emails I kept sending to my account manager which I never heard back from. So I did some research and landed on this site, discovering this whole company to be a complete scam. Hence, I requested a withdrawal of the remaining $47.50 in my account. When I log into my account, there's a button on the bottom of the screen that says: "Your withdrawal request has been received and is pending clearance (step2/6)". I've been waiting for more than the allocated 3-7 business days they initially claimed the transaction to take. I've tried emailing my account manager, talking to the chat service, and received no answer or very lame excuses like "OH, your account manager just left" from the chat service. After reading the reviews on this bank, I have a feeling that I've been robbed.

I would like to take action against these crooks, and with the help of everyone on this forum, maybe we can shut this company down, or at least get out money back.

Send them a nice email asking about your remaining funds. Wait 3 days. If there is no response and your money doesn't arrive, post an update here, leave them a 1 star review, and send them a link to this thread.

I did try to contact them via email but I did not receive any kind of response. However, I did receive a call from a very cooperative employee, one whom I've never spoke to before during my hours of investment in the UFX. She informed that the money is on it's way, and has already been sent out from their side. She also stated that she was waiting for some sort of confirmation from my credit card company about whether the transfer has reached them or not. I am merely satisfied that at least someone from the company is compliant with my rights. Hopefully, I'd actually get the money. IF I actually do receive my withdrawal funds, I will update the thread and let you know how things went with me.

UFX is regulated in nearly 20 countries, including FSA Uk... just submit an official complain... or call them and tell them you are going to submit a complaint with FSA and you will see them running to sort this out quickly.

I finally DID receive my payment in full! It did take some time however, but at least in the end I was able to to get my money back. I received both my withdrawal transactions that I ordered, $400 and $74 respectively. I did not like the cooperation of my account manager, but at least I got some help from the company after I've tried everything possible. So whoever is still suffering, you should probably start by filing a complaint here on this site. That's the only way you'll actually get attention, since I received a call within two days of posting this thread. If anyone would like to get access to the employee who was very helpful to me, PM me and I'll send you her UFX number. In the end, ofcourse, all thanks to forexpeacearmy.com :D

Alright, I just sent you the number of the lady who contacted me as PM. I do hope a solution for your problem is sought out for, but make sure you write a very descriptive thread on what exactly happened to you. If your problem was similar to mine, make sure you take a screenshot of your UFX account showing the status of the transaction as pending, or whatever your issue may seem to be. I hope you get all the help you need. Good luck.

I am facing the same problem too. When I try to withdraw my money, they told me that I have to complete "15 mil trading volume" which I am not communicated when I open the account either verbally or in writing. When I asked for documentation proof, they keep insisting that I have signed a document and refused to return my money. What recourse do I have?

    Forexscan,
Start your own thread here in Scam Alerts. Give some more details in that thread.
Leave a 1 star review for UFX.
Send them the link to the new thread.
