    Hey everyone

i start trading with ufxmarkets like 2 weeks ago .

they push me hard to deposit more money to my account, which is not what i want.

my account manager asked me to open a huge trades like 500z on gold and i only have $3000 in my account , i refused , after this he opened a 25s on gold without asking me and i lost $87 in 3 minutes.

i contact ufxmarkets and they told me the problem between me and my account manager .

i contacted them again and again to close my account and withdrawal the money and i got the same answer that i have to deal with my account manager

his name is Ayman Basioni , he contacted me today and he was very angry , he asked me to opent a trade with 2000 oil , i said no . i asked him to withdraw my mone and he hung up.
i called again and i chat with the customer services online , they told me the same thing , i can not withdraw the money without my account manager agreement.

just quick help needed here , what should i do , what departments should i deal with.
i think i can complaint to MDFID or syres

    thanks everybody

    waiting for a reply

    Hi isaac1980
The same problem happened to me and I post my detail story here in scam alert forum, anyway in most cases they come to a resolution when traders complain about them in a respected public website like ForexPeaceArmy, I expect that UFX Markets is encouraging account managers to force customers to take a high risk trades with big volume for a commission or something , and UFX Markets management now should be full aware of this bad behavior and losing its customers in addition of filling a complains with their regulators, and if it is true I think this is the time for them to act properly and take the right actions before things getting out of their control, I think you will receive your money sooner or later but be careful and take a screen shots for your account and statements also any notes you have on your trading platform I wish you best of luck.

thank ypu for the quick reply
you are right , a soon as a sent them the complaint i post in here , the contacted me straight away , and i withdrew the money already , i wish i receive it soon and they do not make any excuses in the near future.

they will lose their customers very soon because of the way they deal with them.
do you have any idea how long it takes to get the money in my account ( i used my credit card to withdraw the money )
i will inform you and other members after i get the money into my account.
    thanks again

I am glad for you and that UFX Markets will send your fund, I am not sure exactly when the money will be in your account but I think if your withdrawal status are “Money Sent” then it’s a matter of few days until the money received in your bank.

You say your account manager opened a trade against your will. That alone is more than enough information to take directly to Cysec.
