With the reopening of workplaces, employees have resumed their work, So being an employee what I do is, I have my lunch at my desk itself and prefer getting it from home, also I wear masks only when required.

I am aware of capital gains tax for Forex and the tax free status of spread betting but what if such trading is used to provide a signal through MQL5 or Autotrade for example? If you are successful enough a secondary income would be paid into your bank account but would it come under the same tax rules or be taxed as normal income?
Are you a signal provider then ?

I would suggest income tax since you are gaining an income for providing a service as opposed to gaining through speculating. If you follow your own signals and they make money then the profits are subject to CG.
