UKOptions.com is a scam - delaying withdrawal

Hello Mr. Chen,
The reason of why we were trying to contact you, after you fist call with your account manager to is to explain you that as per your account type, you committed to a 30 days trial, you activated your account on 09/03/2016 and opened the withdrawal request on the 10/03/2016, we would like to further assist you, but you've chosen to hang up the phone and then open the request on the forum; If you wish to allow us to contact you, please write us to: support@ukoptions.com detailing a good time to call you and assist you with your request.

Ukoptions.com

Perhaps your client prefers to communicate in written form. Does UKOptions object to putting simple things like a withdrawal discussion in writing?

And, what do you have to say about demands for more deposits before processing a withdrawal request?

I told them repeatedly over the phone that I not want to make the
extra deposit and just want initial deposit back.

They even continue to call me when I said I'm in a business meeting?!
Maybe this Max doesn't understand English?

Btw, attached is a screenshot of the email they sent to me
to prove how rude and unprofessional these scammers are.

They are even messing with my account.
I just got an email that my password has been reseted.
I can't even login to my account now.

I just reset my password using the Forgot Password link and I'm able to login now.
Something is fishy with these guys.
Never had such issue with other broker as well.
Since they are not replying and not giving back my money,
how long it takes for you guys to label them as scammers?

This is bull****. I've explained more than once over the phone
that I don't wish to deposit the remaining $750 to make it $1,000
and just want back my $250 withdrawal.

I also mentioned very clearly that I do NOT want anymore phone calls anymore
and you guys even acknowledge that you'll process with the withdrawal.

So here's the last warning. Just process my withdrawal immediately
or be labeled as scam.

UKOptions, it is obvious that your client:

1. Does not want to talk to any more UKOptions employees on the phone. My guess is that this is due to excessive pressure to deposit additional money. No matter what the reason, I haven't yet found a professionally run broker which would refuse to deal with a client by email.

2. Does not want to deposit more money.

3. Wants to withdraw all remaining funds in his account.

I suggest honoring his desires as quickly as possible. If his cash is trapped by a 30 day trial, then publicly commit to send his money the moment that ends and make certain it happens. Anything less will only show that UKOptions.com is no better than all the deposit-only binary brokers out there.

I'm not aware of any 30 days trial that I need to commit my money
when I deposit to a broker whether it's UKoptions or others.

Never heard of such BS before.
