If the UK's involved, then ActionFraud, FOS, and FSA are good to complain to.
Cyprus - Cysec, Cyprus Financial Ombudsman, and I've heard something about a place to report cybercrime there too.
You'll need to dig around a little to find where to report in the other countries.

Hi,

He's a bit of a mystery all I know is that I was, embarrassingly I might add, taking in by his company and associates in what is effectively a Ponzi scheme.

All that is known about him is what the victims share about him and our stories are all the same. The website davidhick.com setup by other victims outlines the most about him.

When I discovered that site and saw all the stories eerily similar to mine I felt sick and ashamed that I had been suckered into this.
