Unable to renew subscription

To any fellow diamonds room members -

I have been a low key member of the diamonds room for about a year, just recently I have lost access to the diamonds room all together. In an attempt to renew I have been unable to get in contact with anyone to do so. If anyone knows how I could contact the right person, please let me know. My diamonds room name was Steven Claypool.
