Good day everyone,
I want to get some help/guidance/information on how to proceed with my problem (as stated in the title of this thread)
I've traded with Libertex for a year and previously I had no problems withdrawing my fund (usually between the range of $100-$500) recently I made a big deposit of around $30k, now I'm trying to withdraw a part of my funds (I have requested $14k, made separate small withdrawal requests), the first time on July 19th, they just denied my request for "technical issues" and returned the funds to my account. I made some other requests to withdraw my funds on July 20th, July 21st and July 22nd, everytime I got a different reason of why they were unable to proceed with the withdrawal request and now they just started to blame it on my bank that they are refusing the transfer. I contacted my bank on different occasions to verify if there was an issue and every time they replied my account was active, no blocks, I reached again to Libertex everytime attaching screenshots of the conversations with my bank and they just say that is a problem on my bank end for no accepting the transfer, then the broker send me another email saying that I can opt for other methods to withdraw my funds (wire transfers) and of course they charge a commission of +$20 plus 2% of my funds, which just seems another way for them to get more of my money (transfer to my debit card are $2 instead), I requested a reimbursement of my funds (not even profit) to customer service as advised by the emails that I received and by my financial advisor and even that got denied, out of the $14k that I requested to be withdrawn, now are missing $9k, I already asked to customer service where are those $9k and they just haven't replied back. I never experienced this problem before until now that I made a big deposit, I provided them with all of my bank information, pictures of my debit card, proof of residence, ID photos and still I'm not getting a clear response from anyone of what is happening. I have attached screenshots of the email threads that I've had with them (some of the communication is also in Spanish). Please if someone can help me or guide me in the right direction, I just want my money back.
