Unfair Paypal Policy for Pamm Managers with registered TAX ID (ABN)

I have started a Pamm Account with HF using a vps, but now just when things are starting paypal locked my account with all sorts of Policy and is refusing to allow my payments for my VPS to go through. I am completely stuck because i cant pay my VPS in any other method. I have uploaded all the required documents to Paypal, and waiting a response from them, but for time being my VPS service could be cancelled because of Paypal's unfair treatment.

now my PAMM is in LIMBO

Under Australian Law i am required to have the Business ABN under the operations category so work this out.

My business ABN is 82 211 516 260

This is a Warning to ALL PAMM ACCOUNT MANAGERS ABOUT PAYPAL.

the broker and vps host are in the clear in this case.

They have not responded to complaint yet but i am waiting a response if i do not have one by Friday September 13, i will forward my complaint to ASIC. below is the message i received from Paypal.

Did you login to Paypal's resolution center and see what sort of documentation they want? They also gave you a phone number.

This could be as simple as scanning in a document and sending it to them.
