Another week has passed by and clearly, CWG Market's unwillingness (or impossibility) to participate and defend themselves after so many days is only strengthening my case. I hope CWG will be able to come forward and address the issue soon. Thank you!

This is disingenuous comparison... As the bank would not cancel the interest payment and then not allow the client to take their money out. Brokers have a fiduciary responsibility to their clients.

And let's say that the disputed amount was not sent. Why not send the client the undisputed balance? Some complaint on a 3rd party website does not negate the fiduciary responsibility of the broker to the client.

Honestly i really dont understand the fascination with these offshore brokers with no reliable reputation whatsoever.
To whom, said a disingenuous comparison. Have you ever read my post carefully. The bank, of course, will not deduct the interest if you never break their rules. And I gave an example because of suggesting to the bro not to be afraid of a call. Why not give a try to take a phone call? Maybe it could settle more efficiently since the broker did not take any more action? Blaming is no help to take back the money.

My moderators did not call you a scammer. No one blocked you. The system is designed to automatically delay messages that show overlaps with key words and phrases used in spams and scams. It relaxes as your post count increases. Even members with large post counts sometimes end up with a post delayed in the mod queue. Anything that's not spam typically gets approved within one business day.

Did you see my list of recovery room scammers who tried to post here? Every member gets a link to it in a private conversation message when they sign up. 99+% of those scammers were caught in moderation before anyone could see them. You may also want to see a small sampling of the other spam and scam that tries to crawl in on display in the Spammers Hall of Shame. Me and my team wade through all that garbage so real members can discuss trading and scams. Would you really like to see it all over the forums, even in this thread?

You are free to post your opinion here, but sometimes that opinion might be slightly delayed. Creating an extra account is against the rules of nearly every forum, including this one. Technically, I should have banned both of your accounts instantly, but I was nice enough to let you explain yourself. If you get back on topic with the thread, I can turn you back over to the automatic system next week. For now, your posts are delayed to my attention and I'm about to leave for the weekend.
I have never gone thru the so-called list of recovery room scammers because I am not a scammer and what I posted were all my sincere ideas. I think there are only the scammers who will care about your list and try to spam without breaking your rules. Lol, look like a scammer from my previous post? It might be a bit funny in my view. Anyway, I don’t know whether you are trying to threaten me by being careful of my wording. I just did some research about FPA. Opps, there are seems many complaints about not allowing good voice. Fine, I am so sorry if I interfered with your benefits.

So-called list of recovery room scammers? Do you really think I'd waste time maintaining such a list if they weren't a serious problem? Instead, I put quite a bit if time and effort into it in order to make it easier for people to find out that the "helpful" person or company is really just another scam trying to rip them off again.

The automated system is what keeps 99% of spam from ever being posted. The cost is that the moderation queue needs to be checked so that innocent posts get approved. since this is a forum instead of a live conversation, a delay isn't going to ruin anyone's freedom of speech.

I didn't threaten you. I did explain that people who keep dragging threads off topic get all of their posts thrown to moderation. If you'd like to return to the actual topic of this thread, I'll be happy to turn you back over to the automatic moderation system instead of having all of your new posts cluttering up my list of things to do.

Not sure why you are so obsessed with the phone call. Give the man his money. Not that hard if you are running a legitimate operation.

well, that was what CWG Markets complaints dept keep telling me also, to answer the phone call. What cannot be communicated via black and white in email, that must be done in a phone call?? So I'm leaning towards the obvious, which that the broker may take advantage of the phone call non-written/documented speech, and make threats to me. And I will not have proof about that bullying.

Hence, I suspect the user "leebet" could be a rep from the broker, since he keeps suggesting the phone call as same move by CWG Markets, and which they also supposedly told me no action would come since the period has passed, and I copy here the exact text:
"Your account remains frozen at the moment and funds are not withdrawn yet. We have tried to provide support for you through voice communications before, but you kept refusing and it caused your account’s issue to have passed the appeal period."

And I have insisted for email communication and the broker should have complied, seeing that they are the ones holding onto my money. Thus we are here now today out in the open, airing the case in public, while the broker still does not admit to ripping off my money and profits, nor wanting to return it.

I do agree that an honest company should be willing to put all communications over disputes in writing.

However, if it's legal to record phone calls where you are (check first), a recording of a dishonest company representative engaging in bribery, blackmail, or flat out threats would be an interesting thing to share with police, financial regulators, and in this thread.

If legal and you decide to do this, be sure test out the ability to record with a friend to make sure it works well before speaking to the company.

yup, if it is an honest and straightforward and legitimate company, there will be nothing to hide and they can back themselves up even if written by email. I don't know why go to such trouble to confiscate a client's sum of money, and then want to talk over the phone about it. The broker CWG Market has infringed on my right as their client to receive a proper justifiable reason for the confiscated sum, and I've requested only email communication since day 1 even when they were doing marketing to me for their platform use etc.

So what must be said over the phone that cannot be written by email? A sensible person would immediately suspect foul play as well.
And I have already put forth evidences of their intimidation and wanting to reckon with me in terms of withholding my balance amount while requesting I take down my public post. Why would I comply if they don't give me a proper reason of confiscating my profits? Right?

In any case, recording phone calls are quite varied in terms of different countries' legal jurisdiction, and here on FPA we are rather international, and I don't want anyone getting into trouble by uploading a recorded phone call. So I still prefer good old email as documented evidence, clear and straightforward.

Not sure how long this will drag on, but I'll persist in updating this thread as well as sending chaser emails to CWG Markets.
Till now, no response from CWG, and my withdrawal request is still pending in my account, and no reasonable evidence from CWG on how they calculated the confiscated profits, other than the excuse of having their liquidity provider flagging it just when I requested for a withdrawal.

Also, there is a post on the broker's review page.
