Second I have provide screenshot of my account which is fully genuine not edited etc.
Tayyabshahzad my client and he is only helping me to solve this matter. I can't provide account statement because xm.com block access to my client area and metatrader5 account.

You can look at your email history. You should have daily confirmation statements. Also you should have a monthly statement. So you can just gather all of the monthly statements that cover the scam transactions.

If you never got the last monthly statement email for the month that they locked your account, then you could combine the last monthly statement you did receive and then the daily confirmations for each day up to the day you were locked out.

The mobile version it is difficult to ascertain what took place....especially with no video replay. Desktop mt4 statements are more complete.

-> FPA doesn't award anything to brokers that I know of. Nor are brokers charged any fees for being able to respond to client complaints or compliments. Each broker is responsible for their own conduct, as are the traders.

-> If a broker is not specifically declared a scam, they are allowed to buy advertising on FPA site. This covers the insane costs of running such a site; a significant portion actually goes to DDoS protection just to make the forum available for you.

Still you have only doubt that tayyabshahzad my client and why he comment on this thread. Still on your instructions and invitation XM representative not replying. You blaming us again and again. It's better to do fight against him. If I'm only here who saying XM doing scam than maybe I will wrong. But there are many peoples who have same problem. Do you think all are free here. No, no one is free, they are trust on this forum that you bring justice for us. I don't want to say anything more about him. They are just doing scam in the name of bonus.

1. Deposits need to go to and from accounts held by the client, unless you have some form of agreement with XM to serve as a local depositor or maybe they use the term exchanger. Do you have such a contract? If so, what are the terms? For example, if one of your clients deposits $500 and later withdraws $500, what do you get?

Next is a review from your client. I deactivated certain fields used by review moderators and coverered his IP and city/province geolocation info for his privacy...

As you can see, your client copied your text as if it was his own. He also copied your account number as if it was his own. Do you think people should be able to claim a friend's text and account number and even claim they were the one scammed?

3. Was a bonus granted on the account? If so, how much and what were the bonus terms?
