Let's say I want to trade the BOC Interest Rate Statement. Could I use a heat map or correlation chart to find the best match for the CAD? Or is there a better way?

I'd just use a strength meter to look at the after market readings and pair the strongest with the weakest. That's usually what I'd do.

I'm a newbie, and would like to know why we can't trade them, even though they are high
