    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Been with IC Markets for 10 years and recently started earning! But...

What is the point of trading if you cannot withdraw your money?


It has been 11 days since I requested a withdrawal, and they keep delaying by asking for unnecessary documents. They even asked for a payslip from 4 years ago, knowing that this service (Nettler) is no longer in use. When I managed to find the old email in my archive and sent it to them, they went silent.

When chatting with live support, they told me to email. In the email, I have to wait 1-2 days for a simple task. This feels like they are playing games with me

My case is #00176631. I am waiting for a final response before taking further actions to get my money back. IC Markets, please resolve this issue immediately!

A member here at the FPA who has actually met the CEOs of I-See-Bucketshop a.k.a. ICMarkets has stated that they are real "pricks" in real life. So, that should tell us what type of broker I-See-Bucketshop a.k.a. ICMarkets really is and how they treat their clients, especially those making and withdrawing money from their trading accounts.
Complaints to regulating authorities is a time consuming, and tedious process which, more often than not, ended in them saying they are not able to help.
Hopefully, you will get your money back from them.

A word of caution/warning: I-See-Bucketshop a.k.a. ICMarkets is notorious for manipulating their client's trading platform with huge false spikes, which doesn't show in other broker's trading platform, and they do that to their clients who start making profits and actually withdrawing money to make their account to go into margin call and stop-out.... i.e. if they do not have sufficient free margin to endure sudden and huge losses and do not use stop-out feature. Even then, it would not surprise me at all if the SL suddenly do not work in I-See-Bucketshop a.k.a. ICMarkets trading platform and the trading account go into margin call and stop-out.

I have successfully withdrawn my money after long documents and phone explanation. This event remind us to make sure withdrawal profit gradually.
