Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Same Company can be located in the UK check here https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12513475
But these are Chinese mainlanders doing dodgy business or scamming by registering companies in the UK and New Zealand under real or false informations !

Don't you ever invest money into companies, that are sliding into your dm's on tinder. Believe me.

I personally would not touch them as they appear ultra dodgy and they seem to have a tried and tested method. This is their method of operation.

You meet a good looking young lady from the far east on a dating site ( who has an excellent command of the English language), and she is very friendly and talkative, and after a while she swings the conversation to talking about finance and specifically the investments she has made and how she is trading and making lots of money.

A good looking woman and making lots of money are two of the male humans greatest weaknesses rolled into one. A trap that not many can resist.

She then starts to send you screenshots (without prompting from you), of her investments and how well they are doing and asks if you would like to earn some money and invest, and the screenshots are always from very profitable investments.

$100k to $500k, unless someone has had a different experience.

The company is registered with Companies House in the UK so that is the legitimate part.

And this is the director.

They also now have a company website.

The company is not FCA authorised to deal, so as far as the UK is concerned this is illegal, and if they were authorised to deal they would have the FCA registration number listed on the website which is also illegal in the UK, the registration number must be clearly displayed on the website and all company material..

They state they have a trading licence in New Zealand (although they never mention the regulators name which I am sure they will do after reading this). But will not give you the registration number for obvious reasons because they do not have a passport licence to trade with a New Zealand based company in the UK.

And I believe that the people who have mentioned they have traded with the company on this platform maybe part of the scam.

There are way too many red flags to send your money.but if you deide to then good luck to you

Hi , let me share my experience to you
I have met a girl through tinder and she pushed me towards investing money in forex and ask me to opt Valley TechSpec as a broker so I did and invested 8,000USD. She gave me a number of a person called Mike who is based in UK and he helped to me get registered with this trading firm and help me top up the money.

Now they want me to deposit more money in this trading account as they say that you will get a trading tip if you reach to 30,000 USD.

I am still trading through this broker by using MT5 app and would like to know if it is legitimate broker to move forward

Djoshi, so did you lose the money in the end? My understanding was you made some money with them before.

I completely agree with all warnings above, Im just curious how the process of company works.

I made money initially thereafter I have been asked to put more money which I didn't. one day I was told that there is good market and invest big so I did and that a trap. That day I lost all the money that I earned and invested. All gone.
Don't invest through them

Djoshi I feel sorry for you. In fact, I'm the victim of a similar situation. I was told to contact mike and share my details with him so he could get me registered with the company but I choose valleytechspecslimited platform itself to get myself registered. In my initial investment I decided to go low as about 3600$, since their initial requirement is 3000$, and a week later I made profit of about 350$. Something didn't feel right so I decided to withdraw the money. I've made a withdrawal request and it has been one week already but there is no response from them yet. Although, I can still see my money in MT5 wallet as well as valleytechspecslimited account but it says withdrawal status is pending. Can anyone suggest me what can be done in this situation?
