VantageFx trying to steal my money

Trying to withdraw my money from vantage for past 3 weeks and all i keep getting back from customer support is that “we have escalated this to the withdrawal team and they will prioritise your withdrawal tomorrow morning when they come in”. However when you want to make a deposit it happens in seconds. Have been back & forth with them numerous times on the phone & via email. Cannot even place trades because they will use that as an excuse to reject the withdrawal due to open positions. What is the latest reply from them?
I assume that you will get a good reply today as today is Monday.

@Iamsuhaila have you written a formal complaint to them yet? (say in the email that it is a formal complaint?

What country are you a resident of?

Which VantageFx company did you sign up for?
