Hi,
I'm 'johnhalpin'. An old geezer but completely new to Forex.
Am not the brightest with this keyboard either so please be patient.
I managed to download the software and have the 'demo' icon on
my desktop etc.etc. and have my $100,000 demo money.
I watched the 1st demo tutorial from the drop down menu but
that menu is now blank. I mean totaly blank screen.
All the other menues are working fine.
What have I done wrong and how do I correct it.

Seems stupid to be replying to my own thread, but I have just discovered a reason why my tutorial drop down menu doesnt work.
Was looking at the chart menu and then clicked on the X close button when I'd finished. That finished that as it dont work now either from the drop down menu.
Seems very odd that closing a menu down should delete it completely.
Help please.

There are a number of different platforms out there that you can demo trade on. Which platform are you using and from which broker?

I solved the problem by resetting from the help menu.
