Wanna Trade with ibankmarkets.com ?? Just dont, or think thousand times

Hi. I was opening Live Account in ibankmarkets.com. I was trade in there and i choose them because I think 50% bonus is very usefull.

But Something bad begin..

In 29 April 2015, I've Applied Withdraw in my account ID 8**0 about 1168.47$. and it was processed in 4 May 2015. But the nothing transfered in my fasapay account ( the payment is not landing in my fasapay account).image1.JPGFAsa.jpg

I've sent about 7 Email (or more) to them but the not even sent a single reply. I've contacted the customer care several times (maybe 2 or once per day starf via +1-866-859-4137. The customer care ask for my Identity, First Name, Last name, Phone number, and email. They say someone will contact me soon ..

Until now "That Someone" Never sent me an email or trying to call me...

Every I call customer care, they only doing like that, ask for my Identity, First Name, Last name, Phone number, and email. They cannot help.. Not even give the information about the situation i faced.

Yesterday I surprised when i open ibankmarkets.com and realize that their website has changed. And I check my withdrawal status and boom.. They're gone.. ibankmarket deleted my withdrawal history..delete history.jpg

I ask my friend, and they was facing same issues with ibankmarkets. So, do you even trying to Trade using ibankmarket ??? Just Don't.

1. They Faking payment (status processed but no transferring)
2. They Wipe the history of withdrawal.

I hope this is enough

First, contact Fsapay and see if there's anything they can do.

Then invite ibankmarkets to join the discussion.

I've contacted Fasapay but they cant help, they said that they just money processor (or whatever) so they cannot helpme anymore.. i am assume

And contacted ibank ?? :D you can read my thread sir... Every time i tried contact via Email and phone just end with something i was explain above. I've Contacted Ibankmarkets.com via Twitter and Facebook, but now they block my Twitter and Facebook.. :)

any advice ??

this threat is right...

i have wd through my fasapay account for $211, but not transfered to my fasapay account and stats of withdrawl has gone to...,some days ago.. i try to wd my balance to my fasapay account but my balance come back to ibankmarkets account.for now i can't wd from fasapay because no wd selection for fasapay on wd menu. Now my account on ibankmarkets are unverivied again...

Email them an invitation anyway. Sometimes knowing that there is a public complaint is enough to encourage a company to start responding.

These accounts have been placed on hold by our risk management team for violation of our terms and conditions. We have found that these accounts have been using illegal 3rd party automated arbitrage systems. Also there has been a large amount of local Indonesian Introducing brokers and clients who have been fraudulently creating account using fake ID and falsified documents in order to gain inflated bonuses and commissions.

Perhaps iBankMarkets could address this specific client instead of just saying that many clients did one or more of several different bad things?

They never reply my email regarding my withdrawal too.

And delete historical status of my withdrawal.

Never trade using Ibankmarkets.com !!!!

And Fasapay never reply my email too regarding my money.

Never use Fasapay too

yes i agree this broker really scam. i am introduction from this broker. they not paying our withdrawal request. they cancel our trade and now their site is gone.
