French main Prosecutor highlighted Billions of loses from French public already some 2 years ago, AMF audited 100% of customers loses and the victims suicide list is well kept secret.....

….it stinks BAD, no ?[/QUOTE]

In which case then, FPA foot soldiers, is this thing's ugly face much much bigger than we are acknowledging it to be? Does it after all, encompass even the authorities we were dreamingly pinning our hopes on to accost it??. Perhaps they too are scared of chopping it's head off?! Probably a possibility of their losing something as well..? Like govt revenue...in trade licensing and the like...?
So is it after all DOOM's day...??! It pains!

One thing's for sure. As someone posted here once sometimes back. Even the Credit Card companies...and BANKS..are very much aware of the goings-on. Perhaps even in on it as well!! I contacted MasterCard awhile back, in a wishful thinking for a chargeback. They were all sympathies...grant it to them... But they smartly hide behind the banks... That all claims should only be done through the card's issuing bank.. And when you do present the issue to the bank, they very shamelessly take the side of the scam brokers, when they(scammers), put in as little as a counter claim!! Without even consulting you the complainant, to put up your case against that counter claim, and table your reasons for demanding the chargeback!!
How else does one explain the granting of advertising by the CC companies, on the scammer brokers' websites?!

And that list you refer to(underlined)... It's just intriguing..how some of us are managing to not be added to it

Not even mentioning ChargeBack is to be a worldwide consumer protection feature, what a joke !

ESMA literature as frequently asked questions, not really soo convincing ??

…one may wonder about the criminal issue over all those years, money laundering and so on, basically as a so called supervising authority, just phrasing complexity, lack of transparency, negative return, embedded conflict etc......hum

By the way, wasn’t spread betting ruled by some gambling commission, ok now it’s part of derivate markets :D

…let’s see what the experts say

Hello all, this is my first time posting here so I apologise if this is in the wrong section

Seems like im one of the odd ones out here but I love and have become consistently profitable trading binary options. I agree that there are a whole bunch of cowboy outfits out there that should be closed down as theyre nothing but thieves. This cannot be the case with all of them, Ive used IQoption for a long long time and have never had any problems at all withdrawing from them.
If people are being scammed then thats one thing, but how many of these people have lost money from bad trades then wanted someone to blame? Ive read countless stories of people who been "robbed" only to find out they didnt fully understand what they were doing and lost.
Now, ive no idea about how to play poker, if I were to go on a fully legal and regulated gambling website and lose all my lifes savings would that be the online casinos fault or mine? Should all casinos be closed because of this? No, of course not and I feel the same about binary options.

The irony in all this is that due to these draconian laws banning all outlets they're effectively pushing me to the unlicensed unregulated brokers that were the problem in the outset. Im having to genuinely consider trading with a broker that I know manipulates the start/end times of candles eg. 1 min candles ending at 45 seconds past the hour - This was with binarymate.com.

Apologies for this garbled and possibly nonsensical tirade!! I am angry! lol

binary options are a scam and i have a good friend of mine which paid thousands of dollars to learn that! will contact him for details! thanks!
