Want binaries banned in Europe? Provide evidence NOW!

I don not think that binaries would be banned in the Europe as it is also a great way to trade the currency with the fixed amount of loss and profit. I have not find a reason (except that most of the companies works like a casino ) yet to oppose this market as it is legal in many developed countries and doing good business. Am I right guys?

@TrapLok Actually ESMA banned them. But scammers are trying to offer new types of instruments similiar to binary options to continue scamming people.

Officially banned in the EU and UK. No more binary options trading in these countries. However, it doesn’t mean that they will beat scammers with this regulation, as they are offering now ways how to switch regulations with off-shore accounts

uff it’s about time, poor Australian Public been exposed to such poison for years

Well, even if they are banned in the UK and EU, still you can trade them in the US. You just need to open an account with the US broker and transfer your funds there. So, I dont know exactly what is the issues with all these banns?
