On March 27, they closed my account and deleted my entire transaction history and all customers, without an email notification or explanation, everyone had to ask for support. there was no answer, then I posted on facebook to find help, octafx representative said that I traded at the time the yellow pair failed and was checking my account, ok i wait, after many days still not if I had an answer with an octafx representative they said it was an error on March 26, then they said an error on March 24 and 26, and said they would delete all the balances and profits. for 2 days. We do not agree, they reply to us that you have registered an account and accept the terms, then when we say you are wrong, you are wrong, you do not have the right to speak up.
by April 2, they deleted all their balances and said we cheated,
No one explained where we cheated at any point.
