I;ve been using IQ Option for a few months, (some real money) and primarily on demo.

I’ve had a couple of weird things happen, but overall it seems a good platform.

However today I put in a large demo PUT Trade which was Won, but the software download platform said it was a loss?!!!!

I’ve just contacted IQ about this ASAP, but a little worried now, for using the real account!!

Obviously i could be wrong and missed something, but have been using the platform for a few months now (and about to buy the full subscription to Put Capital) so that I can try the 7/10 etc

My screen shot, showed the trade counting down, came to 0.00 and the trade went green, for a win, but the onscreen pop up said loss? My trade was a PUT and the final end point was below the line as it was a PUT – surely thats a winning trade??

Very weird?

Can you try the screenshot again? That link didn't work for me.

I have some bad news and some worse news.

The bad news is that binary options companies manipulate price in ways which would make the worst forex scammers feel ashamed at having to be so obviously fraudulent.

The worse news is that there is no money in your "live" account. There never was. Your deposit was credited as a profit in the broker's internal accounting system and the equivalent of demo money was placed in the allegedly live account.

You can try to get them to fix the trade. If necessary, tell them you were about to deposit more money, but won't do it if this manipulated trade isn't fixed first. Tell them it needs to be a cash correction, not a bonus or other item adding strings to withdrawals.

In the meantime, take screenshots of everything, including withdrawal terms.

If you can get the correction, then try to withdraw your full balance.

Post an update about how that goes.

I've been defending IQOption but since the end of December, I have the same problems with their platform.
Last month, I was trading USDJPY, turbo options, within a timeframe between 40 seconds and guess what...my options were executing with a latency of 6-7 seconds and a slippage worth 2 pips from the price shown on the chart.
This dropped my balance to zero.
I requested a refund but they refused. After I escalated the issues to an official complaint, their complaint department sent me some screenshots where my trades had been executed.
One of my trades initially expired in-the-money but 5-6 seconds later the profit was subtracted and option was declared as a loss.
They refuse everything, of course. Problem in execution was not found and my complaint might be reviewed in case I prove my point of view.

I strongly suggest everyone who had a problem to escalate the issues to official complaint by sending an email with the problem occured to your account manager and ask for a complaint form.
You must fill in the form, explain your issues and ask for some kind of compensation. Their complaint department will attach unique reference number which you can use to contact CySEC and the local Ombudsman.

Since many people started to complain with the same problem, you can all open a scam case here. If we get enough scam cases, IQoption will be announced as a scam.
Basically, this is what a company which claims that it is normal to execute binary options on a different price and that "charts are indicative" is called! No matter how much millions were paid within a week.

IQoption hires their own employees to dupe people to lose money by showing fake results and accounts. They pretend demo accounts are real and use overlays to hide that they are fake! Also these people are all Russian and likely are hired or work directly for IQoption in order to steal your money! Get the word out and run from these Russian lying scammers!

Look at them scamming with IQoption and they allow this!

Maybe this might be their business promotion tactics however they perhaps don't know that we traders are much aware now.

Could you please tell us if the issue was solved and you received the explanation?

Best regards,

Hello! Thank you for sharing your opinion with us!
Let us tell you that we manipulate neither price nor graphics.
The charts are formed every second according to the quotes provided by Leverate, Bitstamp, Bitfinex and NASDAQ Basic and can be checked here: https://iqoption.com/en/historical-financial-quotes

If you do not agree with the results of the deal, kindly contact our support by hotline, email or live chat in your trade room (https://iqoption.com/en/contacts) and we will do our best to help you.
Moreover, the amount which is reflected in your real account is the funds that you have deposited and you are able to withdraw it anytime!
Your withdrawal method will depend on the deposit method.
If you make a deposit from the card, you will be able to withdraw initial deposit amount back to the card, as it is processed as a refund. To be precise, you will be able to withdraw the sum of your deposits in last 90 days to your card. Everything that exceeds that amount (profit) should be withdrawn to an e-wallet (Skrill, Neteller, Webmoney) or via bank transfer (with a 53 dollars fee).
In case you use an e-wallet to deposit, you will need to withdraw to the same e-wallet account only.
In order to withdraw funds, you should make a withdrawal request from the withdrawal page: https://iqoption.com/en/withdrawal

Thank you for your time and understanding!

@IQ Option , Of course you don't manipulate anything. What a "broker" will state "Yes, we do manipulate prices, we are sorry, we will return all of your money lost from trading with us".
Could you state one which had done this? :D

Clearly proves that you do manipulate the prices as well as the charts. Else, how the rate 1.09207 is shown higher than 1.093775 ????
The answer of your Complaints Department: Bad internet connection from my side :D
I will do my best to ban your services in the EU, we already have positive statements from ESMA which makes me feel better!

Thank you for your reply and for your video!

We have checked the material you had sent to us. Let us kindly tell you that it is clearly visible that the graphic has jumped due to the price leap (the information might be double checked in the Historical Quotes tab: https://iqoption.com/en/historical-financial-quotes). When such situation occurs, graphics react instantly if the Internet connection is stable. Moreover, at the moment when the position is closed, the notification with the result of the deal pops up at the same moment. You may see from the video, that a certain loading took place, and it took time for the popup to appear.
You may check your ping results which should be less than 40 ms for the best performance of the platform.
Even though the issue took place in April, and most likely you have fixed the situation with your Internet connection, I want to send you some instructions here of how the ping result can be conducted. The high-speed Internet connection will help you avoid such incidents in future.
1) Please press Win+ R you will see the Run window (Win button is given on the keyboard http://prntscr.com/e1domw)
2) Enter cmd in the field and press OK.
3) Enter: ping iqoption.com, press Enter.

Thank you for your time!
Best wishes,
IQ Option

@IQ Option , it seems that you have answers for everything. Unfortunately, always against the client!
I had a binary option which was opened exactly 30 seconds after being requested and instead of "Change in price" attention message, it was executed, on the highest possible price - it was a call option.
I can only guess why the broker had breahed one of the clauses in the contract by not sending me a notice for cancelled option but executing it with latency on a different worse price!!! If it had been opened at the price I'd requested, it would had been a WIN. But no, the result was LOSS.
My ping is between 32 and 38 seconds, there's no problem with the platform on demo account, only on real. However, my internet connection is one of the fastest in Europe, I can only guess what is the ping rate of the other traders.
This is just part of the issues...one of my winning b. options was even corrected to a LOSS and profit taken from the account 3 seconds after it was credited. :D Is this again a slow internet connection or...?!

...and yes, my problem was solved! I just requested to close my account, I would suggest everyone to do the same, your services are what we call a "scam scheme", nothing more. Only a small part of traders receive something, the rest just get the same result as mine - a buggy platform which can easily manipulate the price in the chart, especially when it comes to binary options with a 1 minute expiry. It's hard to spot the manipulation but since your Complaints Dep always insists on proves, I decided to leave by exposing the ways you can play with traders' results.
Worse than a casino, where at least the chance might be in players' favour. Here, it is only Iqoption that wins!
