Am I missing something here Shuvalov? All those trades that show canceled on that statement posted were open over two minutes?

79909 Opened at 2:24 closed at 2:32?

khurelsukh are those trades you posted on your statement the ones cancelled by liteforex or trades cancelled by you? If by you, can you post the ones they cancelled? It should remedy the two minute question. If the trades cancelled by them were open for more than two minutes, a better explaination by liteforex would be in order....

Thank you for your comment. You are correct and I apologize – it is impossible to see from the file khurelsukh attached why the trades were cancelled. By the time I wrote that post with ‘As it is clearly seen from the file you attached your trades were canceled fully in line with this rule’ I had read khurelsukh’s statement and had discussed his situation with our tech support specialists (who were arguing with him for a long time already). And from all the information I received it was ‘clearly seen’ that trades were canceled fully in line with the Agreement. Because I was absolutely sure I was right, I did not pay enough attention to khurelsukh’s post and I apologize once again for this.

There are pending orders (buy stop, sell stop) with the comment ‘cancelled’. It means that these orders were cancelled by khurelsukh himself.

If by you, can you post the ones they cancelled? It should remedy the two minute question.

These are the trades that were cancelled. Please take notice that we cancelled both profitable and losing trades. If it is not enough I can publish the whole khurelsukh’s statement with the full data.

The screen with the spike that you attached regards to the demo server. This happened because of the software testing that is now in progress on the demo server.


This is the picture of what was happening on the live server for the same period. Pay attention that it is practically the same with the FXCM.

after reading all the posts i wouldn't trust LiteForex with 20$ to invest not even a Micro account, who ever does not respect 1$ of mine will not respect 10K of mine, i would go through if they are regulated or licensed by anyone LEGIT.

Are those trades posted by Shuvalov accurate with what you have khurelsukh? They seem to be in line with their two minute rule?

BTW Shuvalov I hate these kind of rules, very annoying to go back and cancel trades after the fact. But if it is in the TOS then it is not scamming, juts annoying. Why did Lite Forex remove the up front stopping of closing the trade early? At least then you would know the final outcome of the trade up front.

I want to support my broker. I’ve been trading with LiteForex for ages, and I never faced disrespectful attitude. My experience is that those who those who accuse the company usually have no idea what to do to win. Such people just want to shift responsibility for their own mistakes. I’ve witnessed it many times on forums.

So is this why you are saying they are a scam? Because you are having problems closing trades between 2-5 minutes? Or is it because they deleted your under 2 minute trades?
