Why do you think people are scared of investing in forex?

I guess the main reason why a lot of traders are scared to invest their funds is regulation. If broker without it, there is some kind of risk you will never see your money again, so i suppose it's the main reason..

The most common reason behind the scare of forex trader is losing. Money. Many people afraid to invest their profitable money in virtual land. And there are maximum broker in the forex is scammer. Actually this is just for trader’s lack of trading knowledge. For lack of knowledge they thinks that to do forex business they need big investment. They don’t know that they can start forex business with micro investment, just they need to select a broker who will give them support for micro investment.

Major fear is of loss in fores trading then many scam brokers steal trader's amount so their confidence on this business is less. This can be developed by taking small profits and working with trusted brokers. They are confused to invest their savings in risks where they had not sure either they can grow it or not.

People are scared of uncertainty and of losing money. Since most of them want to trade on part time basis, they can’t commit sufficient time required to gain sufficient understanding and skills. This increases the chances of loosing.
