I have made my first attempt to contact Windsorbrokers to try reaching a win-win solution with them. I gave them an exist door were they can use to solve my problem without the need to go to further into the escalation process. I hope that Windsorbrokers will listen to the sound of wisdom and to end this situation at the soonest!
