Withdraw Problem With ForexOptimum

I trade in ForexOptimum since 2016. On April 2017 they suddenly cut my profit without warning and proof, they said I violated the rule, so I wanted to take my money that left after the cut back. Then they just refused withdrawal with no reason. I am trying to withdraw my money again but now the sms verification code not sent in my phone so I can't withdraw my money

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

try sending the link of this page through their live chat if any, or support email for them to come and response or atleast explain, at the same time i hope u already left them a review with the details of your case to be basis for other traders if they decide to brush off the issue. best of luck

Maybe they were busy trying to prepare their reply but honestly i haven't heard about this broker and only hearing here about them for the first time..

They said to deactivate my mobile notification and I've done it.
and also they said withdraw to fasapay temporary impossible.
I have create new request again and waiting for their action.
