Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Withdrawal failure with FOREX-METAL

I am having an issue with a company
No response to my withdrawal request has come back yet.
If there are other traders having problems with Forex-Metal, let's get together and get out of the situation!

That is right. I think when we are faced with issues like this, the best thing is to call out to other traders who are having similar problems. I don't see any reason why FXMETAL has not responded till date. This is a very sad situation.

Thanks, lastagent.
I don't see any reasons, neither. Their live chat do not respond to my question. No live service is available.

At last, I got a response that ask me to stop posting on the internet.
They say my withdrawal request could be processed after I delete this post.
Is this threat? I am really disappointed at their cruel way.

Dear yatti,

We are in the position to provide you with a debit card and would be happy to do so. We also would be prepared to settle your outstanding withdrawal issue, however we respectfully request that you stop all activity directed to damaging our reputation and remove any such reviews you have already made on any public internet resources. If you agree to that, then we will take steps to settle your request.

Regards,
Forex-Metal Payments Department

Tell them you will be happy to add that your issue has been resolved to your existing threads - AFTER you have successfully gotten all the money that is legitimately owed to you.

Paying you should not be conditioned with removing any post. This is your money and they have to pay you whether they like it or not.

As for their reputation- they have damaged their reputation by not paying customers

Thanks guys, for strong covering attack :)
Forex-metal showed their will to pay me the money, finally.
I will post the result after the payment is really processed.

Dear yatti,
Thank you for providing your documents.
Your application will be sent to the bank for approval. We’ll send the card as soon as we have their confirmation.

Please provide all your payment options: bank details, MB account, we’ll pay to one of these options as soon as we can.

Regards,
Forex-Metal Payments Department

Things went back to square one.
After their email last week, nothing has happened.
I am not sure how long I should wait...

Keep after them. Many brokers will play the infinite delay game. Eventually, most people give up. The broker can then pay the few who kept complaining the longest and pocket the rest of the money.
