Withdrawal Issue with AVATrade

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Im with AVA Trade for the past 6 years, never had an issue but only this time, I withdraw a larger amount and it seem like it take forever to approve from the management side. Usual withdrawal are sent within 24 hours but this time, im on the 5th working days and no news from them so far.

Contacted the live chat and also My account manage, David Berman from AVA Trade, what they say is to be patience and wait. Asking them what is the reason and they cannot provide me a valid one. Just saying it is awaiting the FINAL approval from the management team. (Never heard of such issue from them before)

Worst still, no one in AVA Trade experience such issue before and they are always "asking someone senior" when I am on the live chat with them.

I had been checking with them daily and the answer is always the same.

Vanessa from the live chat told me that it can take up to 5 business day for the withdrawal to be process and sent. Today is the 5th Business day but nothing is been done so far. This is making me worry.

Read up the FPA information regards to AVA Trade before I start this thread, it is getting me worry on my funds.

I hereby seeking assistance from FPA to help me on this issue as the amount is really huge. Grateful and Thank you in advance.

Two steps that you must follow

1st - Invite them to join this thread via email (Send email to every possible address).

2nd - Invite him via skype or any communication address you have for him.

I am not familiar with Skype, I had invite my account manager, David Berman from AVA Trade, To join this thread via Email ( By sending him the link )

Please advise the next step.

If your account manager doesn't show up soon, send the link to this thread to every email address you can find for AvaTrade.

Hi Kevin,

My apologies for the delayed response.

I see that your withdrawal was sent out last week already- have you received your funds?

AvaTrade is a fully regulated broker and we comply with the strictest guidelines which the industry have set therefore, certain withdrawals require senior management approval which sometimes takes a little longer than usual but is completed within the 5 business days which we state.

Your account manager David was away for a couple of days last week- this is perhaps why he did not respond.
