Trigger

Hello im a newbie,and ive been monitoring ur free signals but have not started using them in demo the reason is this:
1. i dont understand when u say things like " it moved 0.8 trigger or 2.5 trigger" could u please clarify
2. what time frame on the charts do u use when u want to pick ur entry points?
3.if the news is released and the predictions fall into range do i immediately place the limit and stop order?
pls could help me out here...

You might want to read through some of the old reports and also look at more of the old videos. In those, the reaction to market deviations is shown a lot more clearly and it will be easier to figure out what's going on.
