Regulation

I am a client with WSbrokers, but I don't know about the regulation. They never told me about NFA, but I already trust them because the quality of their service.

Grievance and complaint from "Wall Street Brokers" company

I opened an account for a client named "Mr. Shaher Tousah"
in "Wall Street Brokers Company" under No. 91015
He deposited $9500.00 plus $80.00 transferred
He traded two orders achieved $10 profit, total equity are $9590.00

But he changed his mind and does not want to continue in this trade.
He requested withdraw his funds since last 2, April,
WSBrokers Company withdrew his funds from his account in last 11, April,

But they didn't send any funds without reason until now!


Could you please HELP us?
