Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

i have file a complaint about 2 months ago with BVI FSC ... not a single reply or anything from them ... i think i am losing my dollars :'( ... have done everything u have told me ... but still not a single good luck charm for me

... really hurts when u have send them a mail about 2 months ago and no reply till now ... my heart cries each and everyday for my dollars :'( ... Pharaoh or AsstModerator Can u do something for me ? im really hopeless and dont know what to do now about my situation

I can just about guarantee a regulator won't bother to respond to someone else asking about the status of your complaint. Send them another email (and see if you can find additional addresses to CC it to). Check their website for a complaint form - and fill it out if there is one. Finally, try giving them a call.
i have again send them a mail regarding my issue ... but i think that u ( Pharaoh ) need to do something about it ... without ur help i think i am losing :/

If you get robbed at gunpoint and I'm not standing there watching at the exact moment it happens, then I can't file the police report. Police and regulators tend to reply to reports of "Someone else told me they were a victim of a crime." with "Tell the victim to file a report."
Just complaining at the FPA itself does make the issue very visible. Run a google search for Forex4You Scam and see what comes up if you don't believe me.
