Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

I dont want any kinda refund ... I just want compensation from them ... I dont have a single penny to start my life and do anything from the beginning ...
I just want them to realize my problem and do something for me ...
compensation based on their fault not mine ... yep i have some bad trades but i think u havent read all my things ... if u have read all my things that i have written then u wont say this things :'(

Were those positions still open , they would still have been bust.
Variable spread or not.
Thats what it is , variable spread cause on vollatile conditions your MM is the broker and nobody is there to take the other side of your trades.Normal.
Heck , i have had position be bust on open . But it was on a broker that stated their spread has no ceiling and i was well aware that this broker is ideal only for "extreme" accounts.
Very frustrating , i understand , i have been there , maybe not with such vast amounts as you , considering you live in a country where 15K is a lot.Really A LOT.
Understand it is not personal , i want you -like everybody should- succeed in trading , but all you can do now is pick up your pieces and trade again or get your bussiness going.
Again with all the respect i can summon considering the conditions in your country , considering the value your accounts had.
Just do whatever brought you your initial capital again if possible ,and trade again.
Hell , even get small $ amounts and trade them in an extreme account (high leverage , full margin , BUT small amounts) and you might get by.
Wishing you the best .No hating , but the broker is at zero fault here.
