For over two weeks no response to my withdrawal requests.

Have written daily, received the e-mail delivery confirmations and read confirmations every time.

Yet no payment received nor any response to my requests

Get screenshots of everything associated with your account as well as any part of the website that talks about withdrawals. Then, contact your credit card's issuing bank. Ask to speak to the fraud department. Explain how a broker is supposed to provide 3 services: Deposit, Trading, and Withdrawal. Explain how they are not allowing you to withdraw your funds and all the circumstances surrounding your issue. Ask if a chargeback is a possibility.
 
I don't understand, aren't they suppose to ask these docs before you start trading?

If Opteck is really "committed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations", then why you weren't committed to these laws and regulations when he deposited?
 
It's a common trick of many brokers. Deposit and trade in under 5 minutes. If you lose your money, too bad. If you make any profits and want to withdraw, only then does the innocent new trader find out about the documentation requirements. If the trader can't meet those requirements, than all the money stays with the broker.

Traders, do yourselves a favor. Never deposit one cent with any broker until all of your identity papers have been submitted and approved.
 
Also as far as I know, Opteck belongs to xforex, try to contact xforex about it and file a complaint through CySec
