www.vfs.af is selling demo accounts as real, biggest modern scammer I have ever faced

Forex market is really new to Afghanistan and the illiterate Gov has no idea about forex brokerage as well, this scammer (vfs.af) started to sell demo accounts as real accounts and has no certified regulation. I don't know whether FPA can figure this out and introduce this shameful broker to an international court.
