FPA Member x-pi was an IB for Brocompany. Broco canceled his IB contract after just a couple of months. They claim that the IB rebates he was giving were against their rules.
We fully acknowledge that Broco has the right to cancel an IB contract that violates their rules. In this case, there were some disputed IB fees. Broco's representative to the FPA, Natalie18, initially cooperated with FPA's investigators. When asked for anything in the contract that would cover fees owed before the cancellation, Natalie18 stopped responding.
Due to the very short term of the contract and the limited amounts of funds represented, we can't quite call this a scam. We are deeply disappointed in both Broco and Natalie18 over this. We urge anyone who is considering being an IB to Broco to consider this to be a warning of possible future contract problems.
