Unfortunately, when the news for AUDUSD trigger, xemarkets had change my Buy Stop order at 1.03670...

what I'm suprise is my pending order hit my TP, but i lost my money amounted USD600...bila news trigger..

This is really very scary that a regulated broker is modifying your pending traders, am sure there should be some mistake happened and it would be best for first to clarify with the customer support executives and then if they fail to refund the money you have lost by their mistake then there is something fishy.

i faced the same problem with 2 brokers ( mayzus & Caesar Trade) them compensate me but not all amount
the problem because of slippage
i traded 2 years with xemarkets my advice for u
don't trade during news with xemarkets using pending order because the most times u will lose
but for normally trading this broker is so great

Xemarkets is a regulated Scam Broker Part 2

Hello,

Welcome to the Xemarkets : Regulated Scam Broker Part 2.

Back to my story, on 20 March 2013, I set my Pending order at NZDUSD pair, Buystop at 0.82387 and not set my target profit.

I also set Pending order Sell Stop at 0.82170..Please see the NZDUSD chart below:

Unfortunately, when news on NZDUSD announced, Xemarkets hold my buy stop at 0.82387 and changed my order at 0.82647 (see my journal below).

It's difference 30+ pips.

Consiquences to this I lost in this trading and it's totally unfair to the trader.

I can understand slippage and spread widening reducing (or even eliminating) the profit on orders. I can understand the order executing at the wrong price due to slippage.

What I really want to know is why pending orders were changed.
