Problem XM withdrawal delay

I made a withdrawal of $400 from my XM account on the 20th of January 2023 and have not received the funds to date. I checked with my bank and after looking into it they said the funds never came through. I have contacted XM support and it has not yielded anything. They sent me a swift copy and their response always is that i refer to the swift copy. My bank does not have direction at this point because XM did not give me a swift copy with details the bank requested. Does it take this long to get money through bank account?

Sometimes bank wire gets stuck because Banks need some proof of incoming payment, make sure to check your email and then ask bank customer care is there is any payment on hold.

Sometimes bank wire gets stuck because Banks need some proof of incoming payment, make sure to check your email and then ask bank customer care is there is any payment on hold.
